At Preet Oil and Masala, we aim to provide quality spices and food oils packed with care. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The package was tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery.
- An item is missing from your order.
- The product has expired or is close to expiry at the time of delivery.
To be eligible, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product, packaging, and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Change-of-mind returns after delivery.
Opened or used spices, masalas, or food oils.
Products without original packaging.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may be processed through bank transfer or another suitable method after verification.
Replacement
If an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, we may offer a replacement based on product availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
